01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

02 Acceptance of Terms

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

04 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

ph898 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and such other payment methods as ph898 may introduce from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or game type. Deposits are credited to your ph898 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. ph898 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and matching your ph898 account details.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods verified and registered under your ph898 account. Withdrawal requests involving larger amounts or accounts flagged for review may take up to three (3) business days.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

07 Bonuses & Promotions

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on ph898 and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination:

• Registering or accessing an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point in the registration or KYC process;
• Operating multiple accounts or facilitating others in circumventing the one-account policy;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities;

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph898 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, and data compilations, is the proprietary intellectual property of ph898 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph898 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in the Platform's intellectual property are granted to you. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of ph898's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph898 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ph898 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether ph898 had been advised of their possibility.

ph898's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph898's liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ph898 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for any loss arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond ph898's reasonable control.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Suspension & Termination

ph898 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ph898;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Compliance with a directive from PAGCOR, the AMLC, or any other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) or more months;
• At the Player's own request (account closure).

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining after the resolution of outstanding bets and the deduction of any applicable bonuses or credits shall be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and compliance with ph898's anti-money laundering obligations. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of termination are forfeited in all cases.

14 Amendments to Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

ph898 is regulated by PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by ph898 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Complaints Division in accordance with PAGCOR's established procedures.
